Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who We Are
Jazzy Slime provides fully hosted slime-making parties and creative activity stations for children's celebrations across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Surrey. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit this website or send us a party enquiry.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at JazzySlimeUK@gmail.com or 01708 837010.
Information We Collect
When you send us a party enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, party date, number of children, location/postcode, preferred package, activity/add-on preferences, party theme, and any message you include.
We only use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your party. Enquiries are sent directly to our booking inbox by email. As a safety net in case an email ever fails to send, a copy is also kept in a private, access-restricted log on our server, not a public database, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photos & Videos of Children
Every photo and video on this website is from a real Jazzy Slime party: nothing here is stock imagery. We only use photographs and videos that include children where we have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so.
If you recognise your child in a photo or video on this site and would prefer it wasn't used, please contact us at JazzySlimeUK@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly. We take the privacy of the children at our parties seriously and will always respect a request like this.
Cookies & Local Storage
This website keeps things simple. Here's exactly what's used:
| What | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie preference | Remembers whether you've accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so we don't ask you every visit. | Strictly necessary: local storage, no expiry |
| Google Fonts | Loads the typefaces used across the site from Google's font service, which involves your browser making a request to Google. | Functional: third-party resource, not tracking |
We do not currently use any analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies on this website. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Other Third-Party Services
This site links out to our Instagram (@jazzyslimeuk) and Google Reviews profiles. These are ordinary links, not embedded tracking widgets. Once you click through, you're subject to that platform's own privacy policy, not ours.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, arrange your booking, and meet any legal or accounting obligations afterwards, then delete them. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry sooner, just ask.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use your information
- Ask for your information in a portable format
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email JazzySlimeUK@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for parents and guardians booking a children's party. It isn't designed for children to use directly, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. Our separate commitment around photos and videos of children at our parties is set out above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new service on the website. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
